How is AI integrated into our digital design process?

Reel Estate Ads combines AI-powered creation with human quality control to deliver high-quality content. Our AI drafts posts and identifies on-brand trends, while experienced social media specialists review and refine every piece for accuracy, tone, and consistency.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time. All plans are billed on a quarterly or annual basis with no penalties, and your service will continue through the end of the current billing period.

How do I talk to someone if I need support?

We offer dedicated email support with responses typically within a few hours. If needed, we’re also happy to schedule a phone call at your convenience to ensure you get the help you need.

What if I need to pause my service?

Contact us via email to discuss pausing or downgrading your plan. We’ll work with you to retain your data and help you restart when you’re ready.

What is the process?

After your payment is submitted, you’ll complete a short onboarding form. Once the form is submitted, you’ll receive an email with a personal Google Drive folder where you can upload photos, videos, and any media you’d like us to use in your content.

We’ll begin creating your content right away. When your assets are ready, they’ll be labeled, organized, and uploaded to your Google Drive folder for easy access.

You can download your files and post them to your social media channels whenever it’s convenient. If any revisions are needed, we’re happy to adjust your digital assets to your specifications.

Can I post my own content?

Yes. At this time, we do not post content directly to your social media accounts. Instead, we provide fully completed digital assets for you to post at your convenience.

This approach helps streamline our process and avoids the need to manage client security protocols, including account access and two-factor authentication.

If you’d like assistance with posting or would prefer us to manage content publishing for you, please reach out—additional posting services are available upon request.

What if I see something in your example library that I want to use?

Your welcome to use anything in our library. Just let us know and we will replace the exiting content with your content.
